What should I look for in a Maryland area home & builder?
Look for a builder that accommodates you and/or your family’s lifestyle and budget. A home that is built with to your comfort, and a home for life.

How do we choose a building contractor?
Word-of-mouth is often the best way… People in the local area will give you the best referrals, along with seeing the current projects in progress. An internet/web search will allow you to observe the quality and styles of their designs, and the breadth and level of their building. Their website helps reflect the company’s level of passion for their work.

Who will be building my home, exactly?
A reputable build-and-design team who will execute with Quality, Craftsmanship & Performance!

What is your customer service guarantee?

How long has your company been in business?

How far do you travel to build in Maryland?
We primarily travel and build home in the Delmarva region, but would consider and have built residential and commercial projects in the areas of Pennsylvania, DC and even Florida.

Is your company financially sound?
We have been successfully in business since 1989, building and designing custom homes, completing substantial renovations and multiple commercial properties in the Delmarva region.

What is an “allowance” in builder’s terms?
It means the cost of labor and materials for specified items noted in the ratified contract. A change order is applied which will state any credits, increased costs due and/or zero costs to the customer.

Do you have your own employees or subcontractors?
We have in-house employed carpenters and a family of quality subcontractors.

Do you charge by the square foot?
We do not charge by the square foot. We break down each project piece by piece for accuracy.
